There’s a new addition to Apollo Beach, and no, it’s not another car wash or CBD shop. HCA Florida just opened a brand-new stand-alone ER right off 41. And just a stone’s throw away, they’re finishing up construction on the new Walmart, which means in the near future, you’ll be able to go from buying frozen waffles straight to getting your blood pressure checked... which honestly feels like a smart combo with the traffic building up around here.

Riverview’s Growing…Let’s Talk About It

New homes, new roads, new restaurants... Riverview’s growing faster than a toddler on energy drinks. But with all that growth comes big decisions, and this time, the county actually wants to hear from you before pouring more concrete.

Hillsborough County is updating the Riverview Community Plan, which helps guide things like land use, traffic, parks, development, and all the stuff we usually complain about in Facebook groups. Whether you love what’s happening or you’re one construction crew away from losing it, now’s your chance to shape what Riverview looks like for the next 10–20 years.

This isn’t just about roads and zoning, it’s about your quality of life, your kids’ schools, your commute, and whether or not you’re going to spend the next decade in traffic gridlock wondering why nobody thought this through.
